The associated SIC Code is 5895. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a need for a thermal imaging infrared radiometric camera which meets the following requirements: (a) The camera is a radiometric instrument and provides real time (calibrated) temperature measurement. (b) The camera uses a Quantum Well detector coupled to a 320 x 240 focal plane array. (c) The camera measures IR in the 8 -- 9nm waveband. (d) The camera consistently maintains a sensitivity of 30mK or less. In addition, software is needed which will allow the camera to interface with a PC.
