This effort will finalize the doctrine and finalize the Coast Guard Logistic Manual. The Contractor will provide detailed analysis on the current state and move the Coast Guard to the ideal state for Logistics. See Numbered Note 22. This proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Logistic Management Institute, 2000 Corporate Ridge, McClean, VA 22102-7805.
