United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, Office of Contracting has a requirement to furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to renovate the Tethered Air Stat Radar Site(TARS) Operations Building to include replacement of interior floor tile and carpet, providing new wall finishes, a new exterior double door with frame and hardware, replacement of existing windows, replacement of exterior siding, roofing, provide new steps and landings at exterior exits and construction of a shade for existing backup generators. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All work shall be completed in ninety (90) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this requirement is 1542 with a size standard of $17.0 million. Selection of the successful offeror will be made using the best value procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 15.101.
