Technical Qualifications Evaluation is based on a 100-point total (Experience -- 40 points, Management Plan -- 30 points, Financial Capability -- 15 points, Organization -- 15 points). Plans and specs will be available July 6, 1999. Offers are due August 12, 1999, at 4 p.m. Performance Time is 365 days from receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated cost range is between $3,300,000 and $3,800,000.
