consists of construction of whole neighborhood revitalizing of up to 86
single family, duplex housing units in phase 4 of Werner Park.
Renovation of the units includes some new construction to increase
square footage and add garages, new heating and air conditioning, new
wiring and panels, plumbing, new kitchens and bathrooms, windows and
roofs. Demolition involves lead paint and asbestos abatement. Some
units to become handicap accessible. Exterior work includes replacement
of asphalt roads,new driveways, sidewalks, patios, playgrounds, Trails
and landscaping. Utility work includes underground electrical
distribution, cable, and telephone, sewer lateral replacement and storm
drainag improvements. SIC Code is 1521. Estimated time for completion
is 630 days. There will be no charge for this solicitation package and
each request willbe limited to one package only. Telephone and/or fax
requests WILL NOT be honored. This project is available on CD ROM
only. Project specification files are portable Document Format (PDF)
files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat
Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed,
navigated or printed using source view reader. Both readers are
contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are
486 based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB
application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive. To
