Project consists of construction of whole neighborhood revitalizing of up to 86 single family, duplex housing units in phase 4 of Werner Park. Renovation of the units includes some new construction to increase square footage and add garages, new heating and air conditioning, new wiring and panels, plumbing, new kitchens and bathrooms, windows and roofs. Demolition involves lead paint and asbestos abatement. Some units to become handicap accessible. Exterior work includes replacement of asphalt roads,new driveways, sidewalks, patios, playgrounds, Trails and landscaping. Utility work includes underground electrical distribution, cable, and telephone, sewer lateral replacement and storm drainag improvements. SIC Code is 1521. Estimated time for completion is 630 days.
