The Navy intends to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a maximum of 50 upgrade kits for King Nutronics Corporation Automatic pressure Calibrator model 3666-10K-1. The min/max quantities will be 1/50 and the anticipated ordering period of the contract will be three years. The place of delivery is uncertain at this time but will be FOB destination with inspection and acceptance at destination. This will be a sole source procurement to King Nutronics Corporation of Woodland Hills, CA. The justification and authority for the sole source is FAR 6.302-1.
