Offeror will have full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the refuse disposal system. Disposal amount is estimated at 525 Tons of Class II refuse and 25 Tons of Class III construction debris delivered by the National Park Service to the Contractors disposal site. Disposal site shall be open as follows: May 1 through Oct. 31, 7 days per week, Mon. through Sat. 12:00 noon to 7:00pm and Sun. 1:00pm to 7:00pm; and Nov. 1 through April 30, 2 days per week, Wed. and Sat. 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Contract will be awarded for 1 Base year -- Oct. 1, 1999 to Sept. 30, 2000 with 1 Option Year -- Oct. 1, 2000 to Sept. 30, 2001. Offeror will prepare a price and technical proposal, evaluation will be on an equal basis. the Technical Evaluation factors are: 1) Method, 2) facilities and equipment, 3) compliance with all laws and regulations, 4) Past Performance, and 5) Prior Experience.
