Offeror will have the full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the refuse disposal system. Disposal amount is estimated at 1700 Tons of Class II refuse and 500 Tons of Class III construction debris deliverd by the National Park Service to the Contractors disposal site. Disposal site shall be open as follows: May 1 through Sept. 30, 7 days per week, 8am to 5pm; and Oct. 1 through April 30, 5 days per week, 8am to 5pm. Contract will be awarded for 1 Base year -- Oct. 1, 1999 to Sept. 30, 2000 with 1 Option Year -- Oct. 1, 2000 to Sept. 30, 2001. Offeror will prepare a price and technical proposal, evaluation will be on an equal basis. The Technical Evaluation factors are: 1) Compliance with all Laws and Regulations, 2) Past Performance, and 3) Prior Experience.
