In support of an OMB Circular A-76 cost comparison study, potential sources are being sought to conduct functions of the Directorate of Community Activities (DCA) at Fort Riley, Kansas. Functional areas include, but are not limited to, functions of the Army Education Center, which consist of education services, facility maintenance, counseling, testing, academic programs, training programs, troop schools and automation; Community and Family Activities, which consist of DCA administration, facility management, child and youth services, supplemental programs and services, family child care, youth services, USDA foods program, soldier and family support center, army drug and alcohol prevention control program, army community services, family advocacy program, consumer affairs, financial assistance program, exceptional family member program, community life program, Relocation Program Manager and sustainment; Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR), which consist of MWR, arts and crafts, auto crafts, information, travel and recreation, outdoor recreation, fitness centers, pools, sports, support services and financial management; and Office of the DCA, which includes Marketing. Please note, should this office elect to issue a solicitation in reference to the above requirement, all functions listed in this announcement may or may not be included, as there has been consideration not to seek sources for performance of some of the functions.
