The Overhaul/ Upgrade is to be preformed IAW Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR)1-1650-384, dated 31 December 1997, and applicable Aviation Engineering Directives, which shall be part of the solicitation. This item is a Flight Safety Part and QE-STD-2 Critical Characteristics apply. Special Tooling, Fixtures and Test Equipment required by the DMWR is not available as Government Furnished Material and is only available from the OEM, Parker Hannifin, Cage 59211. Critical Tooling includes: Test Fixture (2227000F101); Test Block, Servo Valve (2227000F104); Servo Test Console (2227000F125) and Centering Spring Torque Measurement Fixture (2227000F131).
