The National Park Service at Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks in Three Rivers, CA is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide and install a new LP gas-fueled HVAC system and a LP gas "tank farm" and distribution system in the Fire Management & Operations (FMO)Building at the Ash Mountain Headquarters area near Three Rivers, Tulare County, CA. The work will include Demolition of portions of the existing heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated electrical equipment, demolition of pavement and other site-related features to allow for the installation of the LP-gas storage and distribution system. Furnishing and installing HVAC equipment and all related piping, duct work, controls, wiring, electrical equipment, etc., in the FMO Building. Furnishing and installing an LP-gas storage and distribution system for the Headquarters area. Estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000. Date of Bid Opening is approximate.
