The National Park Service, Northeast Field Area, intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Interpretive Planning. Work will include producing Long Range Interpretive Plans for Historical and natural parks, conducting workshops with park staff and partners and producing a draft plan for review before the final product. This procurement will involve the use of Source Selection procedures using the following evaluation criteria: 1) Past Performance in writing Long Range Interpretive Plans, including a sample LRIP -- 40%; 2) Qualifications of Personnel -- 20%; 3) Skill and experience in writing/editing -- 15%; 4) Experience in facilitating/conducting workshops -- 15%; and 5) Success in Meeting Deadlines -- 10%. The term of the contract shall be one year with four one-year options. Work shall be accomplished by the issuance of task orders against the contract. The total of work per year will not exceed $250,000. The contracting firm is guaranteed a minimum amount of $2,000 per year during the life of the contract.
