Furnish all labor, material, parts and equipment necessary to provide preventive and remedial maintainance on the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system and batteries located at USDA, National Finance Center, New Orleans, LA. The equipment that comprise the UPS System: Emerson Industrial Control Equipment and Westinghouse Electric Corporation Equipment. Service on this equipment shall be performed by certified trained technicians with on-site response in emergencies within four (4) hours. Principal period of maintenance usually occurs on alternate weekends from 2:00 p.m., Saturday to 8:00 a.m., Sunday. The principal period of performance is October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 with the option to extend services for four (4) additional years.
