DESC: TRADOC Contracting Activity (TCA) will be issuing a DRAFT Solicitation on or about 30 JUN 99 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study for Public Works functions at Ft. Eustis, VA. This office welcomes industry comments/questions pertaining to any portion of the solicitation; with particular emphasis on Sections L & M and the Performance Work Statement. Please respond by 30 JUL 99. Pertinent responses to this draft solicitation will be used to IMPROVE similar TRADOC A-76 DPW projects. A final solicitation will be issued in approximately 60 days. The Ft. Eustis requirement solicits the contractor to perform services relating to the maintenance of Buildings and Structures, Family Housing, Utility Systems, HVAC Systems, Dining Facility Equipment, Surfaced Area's as well as providing for Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance. The Performance Period is for one year with 4 one-year options. The applicable SIC Code is 8744 with a Size Standard of $20M. This procurement will be solicited unrestricted under a cost-plus-award-fee arrangement. A formal source selection procedure will be used during the evaluation process with oral presentations being a part of the process.
