This will include labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, schemat- ics, and any other services to ensure the Blast Machine is 100% operation- al. Period of per- formance is from 01 Aug 99 or date of award is subsequent thereto, through 31 July 00 or one year from date of award, with four (4) one-year options. This will be a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. USF Surface Preparation Group retains the proprietary rights to the Spinner Hanger Blast Machine, they are the only known source that has the exper- tise, repair parts, and experienced personnel that is considered to be necessary to provide the required maintenance services for the ANAD equip- ment. Firms that recognize and can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves within 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer which would permit their participation in future solicitations.
