Work package is for installation of 750 tons of lead ingot type fixed solid ballast and 1,974 tons of semi-fixed removable "PERMABALLAST" ballast aboard USNS WATERS. 2. Work shall be accomplished at contractor's facility and all labor and materials shall be provided by the contractor. The facility shall be capable of providing continous 2000 amperes, 3 phase, 480 vac, 60 Hz electrical power 24 hours per day for the duration of contract. 3.
