This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and no written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number DSD-9S-195 is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). Only written responses will be accepted. Award is anticipated on or about July 8, 1999. This procurement is being conducted under the Simpified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Tthis document and incorporated providisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The SIC for this procurement is 3577 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This requirement is for repair and replacement parts on existing equipment. These parts have been modified by the manufacturer to meet the Enforcement program configuration requirements, therefore no substitutions are acceptable. The Government requiresthe following items: Integral Flashbus MV-Plus frame grabber card part #3046, quantity 202 each. Integral Flashbus-MV Plus Cable Part#3634, quantity 202 each. The manufacturer is Integral Technologies, 9855 Crosspoint Blvd. #126, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Delivery is required within seven days after award of the order resulting from this RFQ.
