Callahan, 202/502-2330/Contracting Officer This is a notification of intent to procure on a sole source basis with Sqribe Technologies' SQR to acquire additional licensing for Sqribe Technologies' SQR software and associated maintenance support including software upgrades and technical assistance. The vendor will provide 2200 user licenses that will be installed on workstations in all 94 districts of the Judiciary and at the Administrative Office's sites in Arizona, Texas, and the District of Columbia. The AO is aware the currently there is no server version for the Unix running on Intel, therefore vendor will provide client software. The licenses will be acquired over a period of five years and be distributed to the various district courts. A solicitation is not available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
