proposals to lease approximately 4,500 net interior square feet of
space in Haydenville, MA. The Postal Service will consider proposals to
lease existing buildings or proposals or proposals for "build to suit"
facilities. Preference will be given to proposals with buildings or
sites located within the following preferred area: Bounded on the south
along route 9 at its intersection with Fairfield Avenue, on the east
along High Street at its intersection with Edward Street, on the north
along Route 9 at its intersection with Kingsley Avenue, and on the
west and south along South Main Street. Consideration will be given to
all proposals located within the Haydenville area of Williamsburg in
the vicinity of the existing post office located at 140 Main Street.
The deadline for submitting complete proposals is August 8, 1999.
Detailed proposal packages may be purchased for $25.00 by sending a
check or money order payable to "Disbursing Officer -- USPS". Please
