Phila intends to acquire Hotel/Motel Lodging in support of NAS Willow Grove, PA. Requirement will be solicited as a commercial items acquisition IAW FAR part 12, using the special simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR, part 13.5. Contractor will provide up to 40 double occupancy hotel/motel rooms two Friday nights and two Saturday nights per month for the period 01 September 1999 through 31 August 2000 plus four one year option periods. Orders for the rooms will be placed as needed. Facilities must be located within 30 minutes from NAS Willow Grove. The solicitation will consider past performance as an evaluation factor and will be evaluated under FAR Part 13 procedures. A firm fixed price commercial items type, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity purchase order is anticipated. The applicable SIC is 7011 with a size standard of 5M.
