The program will cover a base period 1 Oct 1999 through 30 Sept 2000, plus two (2) twelve month option periods. The anticipated tasks are: develop translation program(s) for interfacing between applications contained within and outside the Resource Planner System; develop formulas for incorporation into the Worksheet Application within the Resource Planner; develop extrapolation data application for Standard data with resource Planner; develop import/export interfacing capabilities; develop specialized calculation routines; and Provide training, on/off site, as required. It is anticipated that a Time and Materials contract will be solicited from and awarded to Applied Computer Service, Inc. on a sole source basis. However, all responsible source will be considered.
