The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC), 3201 New Mexico Avenue, Washington, D.C., for records of pesticide exposures reported to the AAPCC from 1997 through 1998. AAPCC will provide the electronic data file for all pesticide exposures including cases coded as insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides, herbicides, disinfectants, and moth repellents.
