This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number JFKC01-99-Q-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This solicitation is unrestricted. Following is the Schedule that must be submitted. The item details are provided in the following order: line item number, description, quantity, unit. In your quote, please provide a unit price and total cost for each line item. 0001- Genie Industries Model GS-1930 electric self-propelled scissors lift, options: swing platform gate, 1 each; 0002- Genie Industries Model GS-3246 electric self propelled scissors lift, options: swing platform gate, 1 each; 0003- Genie Industries Model DPL-35S-DC dual personnel lift super series, 1 each. The following Specification applies to the items in the Schedule: Lifts need to be delivered to the Kennedy Center inspected, tested and ready for use. All items shall be shipped to Loading Dock #1 at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Attn: Project Management Office, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566-0001 by September 30, 1999.
