The Contractor shall be responsible for providing Religious Program Music Services, through the use of sub-contractors as necessary for the overall Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Religious Ministries Directorate Command Music Program. These services will have a base period of 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000, with three 1-year option periods. Must possess either one of the following qualifications, (A) Bachelors degree in Music, or (B) Bachelor degree with a music minor, and more than 3 years experience as a music director, or (C) Must have credits towards a Master's degree including advance courses in Music and 2 years experience as a music director, or (D) Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in supervising a music program (choir, vocal group leader of song, and various musicians at church, school or professional music company. Must be able to provide resume upon request. All services will be accomplished at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered, and evaluated on best value.
