Provide all necessary resources to accomplish Project FNWZ 95-0034, Repair Fuel Station, Facility 8014 and Project FNWZ 96-0072, Repair Fuel System, Facility 8014, Dyess AFB, Texas. Project FNWZ 95-0034 consists of performing all operations in connection with the replacement of asphalt paving and curbing for both entrance and exit points for Facility 8014 (Base Fuel Station). Work also includes the removal of a vehicle shop access road with it being returned to grass vegetation, replacement of the central dispensing concrete island and asociated curbing, and installation of an outdoor, freeze-proof eyewash shower. Project FNWZ 96-0072 consists of performing all operations in connection with the repair of threaded fuel piping and valves for Facility 8014. The threaded piping and valves shall be replaced with welded piping and flanged valves. Work also includes re-work of the selected concrete ledges on piping trenches (inset to hold trench covers in place), and upgrade of the safety railing for the tankstairs and platform for the 30,000 gallon unleaded gasoline and the 25,000 gallon diesel storage tank systems.
