Procurement and construction of a 6,150 S.F. facility for the Airfield Operations building. The facility will include the demolition of two existing buildings currently housing the Airfield Operations function, constructing a new Airfield Operations building, and renovate the existing Air Traffic Control Tower and connect it to the new Airfield Operations Building. Site related paving, drainage, grading and utilities are included. Extensive phasing for this project will be required. Bid documents are available on or about 7 July 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor.
