Chapman, Contracting Officer, (817) 413-3041 The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas, is soliciting for a Spanish Speaking Psychologist to perform a non-personal service at this location. These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of specialized clinical psychological services to Hispanic inmates, provide professional opinions regarding mental health issues of Hispanic inmates. The contractor will prepare and provide written reports to the Chief Psychologist. The contractor will provide sessions on an as needed basis only, to be determined by the Chief of Psychology, each session being one hour long, unless otherwise agreed upon. The sessions will be performed ordinarily on a mutually agreed upon date and time. The contractor must be available for emergency contacts, (after 4:00 P.M. and on weekends) and respond to any crisis at the institution during off hours. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
