The following statement is deleted: "Offerors responding to the solicitation will be required to submit technical literature, describing similar items which have been produced in the last two years, and which clearly demonstrates that the offeror can meet all of the requirements of the Government's specification." 2.) The following statement is added: "Offerors will be required to certify that the actual manufacturer of all populated circuit boards are compliant with ISO 9001 or proposed equivalent". 3.) A hardcopy of the solicitation and TDP will be mailed to those requesting a copy. 4.)
