Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and work necessary to perform the work items in the bid schedule in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract specifications and drawings. This project is for the testing for and the abatement of asbestos materials and the testing and the abatement of lead, lead paint and other lead containing materials from various facilities and components on Elmendorf AFB. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and is capable of and willing to perform the work of this Contract. The Contracting Officer will establish specific on-site construction dates for each facility within each separate delivery call. This is a Requirements contract that has a Base Year and two Options. Performance period is 365 calendar days beginning with the receipt of the notice to proceed, with 2 one-year extension options at the discretion of the government. The magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. Solicitation will be available on or about 24 JUN 99 with a Closing Date of 26 JUL 99. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications will be available on CD ROM only. Format for the specifications is Word 6.0. There is a limited supply of CD's and will be given out on a first come first serve basis until depleted. Package will be sent upon written request.
