C -- INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH ENTERPRISE ENGINEERING, INC. C -- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Enterprise Engineering, Inc., P.O. Box 550, Yarmouth, ME 04096 to provide technical assistance during construction and progress inspection (through June 2000) of Repair Tanks 1, 2, & 3 at the Defense Fuel Supply Point, Tampa, Florida. The Plans and Specifications, for Repair of Tanks 1, 2, & 3, were designed by Enterprise Engineering, Inc. in September 1997. The inspector(s) must be certified in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute (API). The Contractor shall provide a written inspection report of all findings, recommendations, and corrective action. The Scope of Work includes: (a) Provide up to 12 site visits; (b) Provide up to 16 extended days at the site; (c) Provide up to 24 days of technical assistance at A-E office. Any and all design documents shall be prepared and seals affixed thereto by Architect-Engineers registered (or temporarily authorized to practice in the professional discipline involved) in the Stateof Florida where the project is located.
