The Coconino National Forest is advertising a concession opportunity for operating and maintaining the developed recreation sites on the Sedona and Beaver Creek Ranger Districts. A site visit is scheduled for June 29, 1999, meeting at the Sedona Ranger Station, 250 Brewer Road, Sedona, AZ at 9:00 a.m.,local time. Please inform Jerry Chapin or Bill Stafford if you plan to attend. The due date for submitting a prospectus is July 30, 1999. It is anticipated that the successful applicant be notified by September 1, 1999, a permit issued on or before October 20, 1999, and a start date of January 1, 2000. The permit will be issued for a period of five years with renewal of five additional years based upon satisfactory performance.
