Some miscellaneous repairs as well as some hazardous material abatement. Phasing of overall construction work will be required through the duration of the project to allow for full operation of the commissry. This acquisition is unrestricted and is open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid guarantee is required.
