jcarrigan@nml10.med.navy.mil. The Naval Medical Logistics Command has
a requirement for multidisciplinary medical health care services at the
Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, Naval
Hospital Lemoore, Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, and Naval Medical
Clinic, Port Hueneme, CA, as well as their associated branch clinics.
Multiple awards are contemplated. This is an unrestricted procurement,
however, it is intended that at least one award will be made to a
small business in accordance with criteria established in the RFP. The
resulting contracts may be used by other Federal agencies in Southern
California in addition to the Navy. Personal services, firm fixed
price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts are
contemplated. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement is:
2 Cytotechnologists and 3 OB/GYN Nurse Practitioners at the Naval
Medical Center San Diego, 10 Phlebotomists at the Naval Medical Center
San Diego, and all personnel necessary to staff a Government owned --
Contractor operated OB/GYN clinic at the Naval Hospital Lemoore to
include approximately 2 Physicians, 1 Nurse Mid-Wife, 13 Registered
Nurses, 6 Licensed Vocational Nurses, and 6 Certified Nurse
Anesthetists. The maximum quantity is approximately 3,000,000 hours of
services. The contract(s) will have a five year ordering period. All
responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Only
