The completed facility will be: framed in structural steel; utilize a brick facing on the exterior; and a metal standing seam roofing system. The floor will be reinforced concrete slab on grade. The foundation system a column spread footings with continuous strip wall footings. The finished building will house its own boiler and auxiliaries and will be equipped with HVAC systems, domestic hot and cold water, and all related plumbing. The facility will be fully sprinklered (hydraulically designed); furnished with electric power and lighting throughout; and wired for telephone and Local Area Network Systems. The construction includes: contract the purchase and installation of kitchen equipment; site improvements and utilities (water, sanitary sewer, electric and natural gas service), sidewalks, bituminous paved roads and parking, grading, storm drainage, landscaping, etc. Demolition of existing buildings and the removal of asbestos within these buildings is also required. Removal of in-ground utilities and/or storage tanks may also be required. Prospective bidders will be notified at a future date as to when site visits will be scheduled. The estimated cost range for this project is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Completion time for this project is 430 calendar days. The SIC CODE for this project is 1542.
