The contract is with RX2000 Solutions Institute, Inc. and is for Health Care Provider Y2K Readiness Reports and Y2K Provider Outreach Conference Support. This modification adds additional work for aditional conferences not envisioned at time of award. It is most advantageous to the Government to add this work to the existing contract.
