66 -- DENSITY METER POC Brian Wilkins 202-927-7715, Fax 202-927-8688 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), intends to acquire "BRAND NAME OR EQUAL" Anton PAAR Density Meter DMA5000 meeting the following specs: must be compatible with existing Anton PAAR Density Meter DMA5000; Minimum 5 place density determination; Automatic viscosity compensation; Precision platinum temperature probe; Built-in software for convenient conversion of the output data; Measuring cell shall be illuminated and unobstructed for viewing presence of air bubbles; Permanent reference oscillator; Ability to obtain values for density, specific gravity, % ethanol and proof at the same time; Autosampler which is capable of both pressure and suction for sample loading; and Autosampler which can accommodate a minimum of 24 samplers and Printer. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Rockville, MD 20850. Award will be based on meeting specifications listed above, price and acceptance of payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside and willfollow both Commercial and Simplified Acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 & 13. All applicable FAR Part 12 clauses/provisions shall apply and form an integral part of the award. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form.
