FISC San Diego is announcing a requirement for the following: (1) Contractor to perform prototype development to adapt a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Synchro Resolver Simulator Instrument as a form, fit and function replacement (FFF) for a ILC, Model SR-460M/DBA-488 Synchro Resolver Simulator that is used on the AN/USM-467, RADCOM and AN/USM-484, HTS Navy Systems; (2) Delivery of one FFF Synchro Resolver Simulator Instrument; (3) Contractor to perform prototype development to adapt a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Synchro Resolver Angle Indicator instrument as form, fit function (FFF) replacement for the ILC, Model HSR-202/DBA-488 Synchro Resolver Angle Indicator used on the AN/USM-467, RADCOM, Navy system; (4) Delivery of one prototype FFF Synchro Resolver Angle Indicator Instrument; The contractor awarded a contract as a result of this solicitation shall assume all risks and full cost of the prototype development.
