The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to enter into and place a class of orders under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Northrop Grumman Bethpage, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714, MS, A03-05. The BOA will be established with Northrop Grumman Bethpage due to the proprietary nature of the data needed to perform the required services and is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The BOA will provide for engineering studies, configuration management, operational support and field team support for the integration of the UHF Electronically Scanned Array Radar, SIRST capability with LADAR and Wide Field of View (WFOV) IRST into the E-2C.
