The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System intends to issue a solicitation to qualified offerors to provide Primary and Preventative Healthcare services, to include a facility, equipment, supplies, limited lab, radiology, Initial fill of pharmaceutical prescriptions, employees both (Professional and Administrative) and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care necessary to meet the primary medical needs of eligible beneficiaries/veterans in and around the Pahrump, NV area. The eligibility of veterans to the clinic will be determined by VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Medical Administration personnel and confirmed in writing to the provider. Services will be at an all-inclusive annual capitated rate. Pharmaceuticals shall be provided at a discounted percentage below wholesale. Compensation shall be made through payments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposed contract. The contract expected to be awarded from this solicitation will include a Period of Base Year and (4) one- (1) year renewal options that may be exercised at the option of the Government.
