to revise the Statement of Work, answer questions raised during the
site-visit, which was held on 05/19/99 and to extend the closing date,
the closing date shall be 06/15/99. Note: All monthly inspections will
be the responsibility of the BEP to perform. The wording 'Minor Repair'
shall be replaced with 'Repair', item 3.11 Government Furnished
Documents shall be renumbered to read 3.12. A requirement for a 'Priced
spare parts list is hereby added to the Request for Quote. The
Site-visit questions and answers are as follows: Availability of
parking for the workers. Parking will be limited to delivery trucks for
drop off of parts and equipment only; no employee parking will be made
available. Definition of "minor repair". The term 'Minor' is removed.
Are 'Monthly Inspections' required? Yes, but they will be the
responsibility of the BEP. Is an Annual Visual inspection of sprinkler
heads required? Yes, but this will be the responsibility of the BEP.
Is a fire pump churn test required? No. What is required as far as the
fire pump? Quarterly, Annual inspections and Maintenance and an annual
performance test. Will the shutdowns be identified in the computer
room? Yes. Award will be made to that vendor whose quote provides the
Best Value to the Government. Only written, faxed or e-mail requests
