DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Medical Supplies and Services Contracting Branch, intends to procure nonpersonal services to retrieve and convert medical records data to microfiche for Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, CO. The government requires archiving of patient data from the Fitzsimons Hospital Information System (Fitz-HIS). The data will be converted to microfiche and forwarded to the National Personnel Center, St. Louis, MO. Statement of Work (SOW) is available upon request. Award is to be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. Company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry before responding to subject RFQ. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, without addenda, applies to this acquisition.
