necessary materials, equipment, services and labor for the construction
of tenant improvements to an existing lease space within an existing
132,498 sq. ft. building. Work includes but is not limited to
demolition, metal framing and gypsum board walls and ceilings,
acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, custom cabinets and
fixtures, glass storefront system, painting, metal doors, metal frames,
door hardware, metal fabrications, security systems, electrical, and
heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use.
The estimate for this contract is $1,500,000-$2,000,000 exclusive of
add alternates. The performance period for this contract will be 180
days. Award will be based on best value to the Postal Service with
primary selection factors in descending order as follows: price,
references, and related experience (no less than three projects of
comparable size and scope). Solicitation packages are available on or
