The contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all tools, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work to Renovate Corridor B-30 to 78 at VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with specifications and Drawing No. VAMC-514-1614. Demolition work will include removal of existing built-up roof, ballast, flashing, gravel stop, gutters, insulation, windows, doors, door frames, ceiling and lights. New work will include new pitched roof (rafters and trusses), CDX plywood sheathing, insulation, 30# felt, drip edge, flashing, ice shield, gutters, shingles, soffits, ridge vents, new windows, doors, door frames, hardware, furred block ceiling, lights with conduit and wire and certain other items as shown and specified. Contemplated issue date is June 3, 1999 with an approximate opening date of July 1, 1999. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. A refundable bid deposit of $100.00 made payable to the VA Medical Center is required for each set of drawings and specifications.
