The General Services Administration is seeking quotes from vendors who can provide web enabled smart card management system including interagency interoperability and technical user assistance. The vendor will be required to furnish smart cards and technical related services for up to 100 or more CPUs. The Government will select the vendor deemed as meeting all of the essential technical requirements as specified in the RFQ Statement of Work, and whose price offered is considered fair and reasonable. Negotiation will conducted and the Government will make a single award determination based on the vendors overall technical and price proposal. The reference number for this request for quote is RFQ CAFP99-SEF-0155. The RFQ is set-aside for small businesses at Standard Industrial Codes (SIC) 7372 and 7379.
