The Government intends to purchase six each of the following Microwave Upper S Band Linear, Class A, Power Amplifiers in accordance with the following specifications-Frequency range, 2200 to 2400 Mhz; Gain, 16 dB min; Gain flatness, plus or minus 0.5 dB; 1 dB Output Compression Point, 40 dBm min; Two-Tone Output third Order Compression Point, 50 dBm min; Input and Output VSWR, 2.0:1 max; Input Voltage, 10V at 6A max, minus 12V at 90 mA max; RF Connectors, SMA female; DC Power Connectors, RFI Filters, Spectrum Control P/N 1201-066 or equivalent; Mechanical requirements are available on Government drawing which is available by telephone request (see below); Operating Baseplate Temperature; 0 to plus 65 degrees C; Vibration, Component shall operate properly when exposed to MIL-STD-167-1, Type I, environmental shipboard vibration (one unit shall be tested to this standard, unless an identical unit previously manufactured by the vendor has already been tested, and vendor will be required to provide written testing data upon delivery of the unit to the Government); Burn-in, 48 hours for each unit; MTBF, 20,000 hours min; Warranty, one year standard warranty; Environmental Protection, Hermetically sealed.
