Furnish all equipment, supplies, fuel, maintenance, and supervision to perform various construction tasks at and around the lakes under the Mid-Brazos Project, i.e.; Hords Creek, Proctor, Somerville, Waco, Whitney and Aquilla. Work will consist of but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, stone and masonry work, painting and roofing. Cost Range: $250,000 to $500,000. No express mail procedures will be utilized on initial mailing of plans and specs. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to issue on or about 8 June 1999, and the bid opening date will be on or about 8 July 1999. Duration of contract is 1 year with option years. Offers from all qualified small business concerns are solicited. SIC code for this project is 1629 and size standard is $17 million. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format.
