two existing structures and construction of a new building, the BED
TOWER (PHASE 3) on the grounds of the VA Medical Center at Mountain
Home (Johnson City). Tennessee. Work includes asbestos abatement in
existing Building Numbers 76 and 78 and demolition/removal of those two
structures. New construction work includes excavation, foundation,
concrete, structural steel, brickwork, HVAC, plumbing, sanitary,
electrical, fire & safety, sprinkler, elevators, carpentry, drywall,
ceramic tile and other finishes; underground utility installation;
storm, sanitary, electrical; sitework: grading, roads, walkways,
landscaping, surface drainage and other work. Cost Range: Between
$10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Bidding Documents will be available June
