The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a Purchase Order to the Eno Transportation Foundation to co-sponsor the "European Commission -- United States Forum." This forum is the third in a series of annual forums to support and promote a continuing dialogue between the United States and the European Commission to improve the efficiency of intermodal freight transportation between the two regions. This is a co-sponsorship of this forum, the Eno Transportation Foundation organized and hosted the first two forums, they are uniquely qualified because they possess the knowledge of international intermodal policy needed to conduct the forum and therefore the only available source.
