One (1) 50' x 12' office trailer, one (1) 32' x 8' office trailer, and three (3) 40' x 8' storage boxes. The contractor's offer shall include delivery, blocked (leveling), anchored, and skirted (office trailers only). The 50' x 12' office trailer should include a bathroom with a shower. The three- (3) storage boxes and the two- (2) office trailers should be able to set flat on the ground. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12. 6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number SSA-RFQ-99-3905 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-11. Offerors should be alert for any amendments that may revise offer submission dates. This requirement is 100% small business set-a-side. Quotations submitted from other than small business sources will be rejected. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Agency. Written quotations in response to this RFQ shall be submitted by June 4, 1999, by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, addressed to the Social Security Administration Attn: Sharon I.
