Facilities should have the capability to accommodate a population of at least 250 low security non-U.S. citizen males. Facility(ies) shall be located in the continental United States, with particular interest in the states of: Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Facility design should comply with, or have the capability to comply with, applicable standards and levels of quality established by the American Correctional Association (ACA). Responses shall provide the following information: (1) Facility location(s); (2) Number of beds available; (3) Availability date(s); (4) All facility accreditations; and (5) Current facility status.
